APARTMENT DAY – Begins at 3:00 P.M. of the first day of checking in and finishes at 12:00 A.M. of the next day of checking out.
QUIET HOURS – It is necessary to keep silence from 10:00 P.M to 7:00 A.M.
SMOKING BAN – It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the room. Additional fee for failure to smoking ban – 100EUR.

PETS – are allowed on request! Additional fee 10 EUR/night. Visitors are asked to have their own food, water bowls and beds for their pets.
MEALS – no café/restaurant in the rest house ‘Gintaras’. The nearest café is in hotel ‘Vila Flora’ opens from 9:00 A.M. till 11:00 P.M
CLEANING – Is done only on the request! If you wish so, please inform the host in the morning. Additional fee 10 EUR.
TOWELS AND BEDDING – Are changed on the request! If you wish so, please inform the host in the morning. Free of charge.
ROOM KEY – The main door is not closed in the night time. Guests are asked to lock the room door and to take the key with them, every time they leave. Additional fee for loosing the room key is 10 EUR.
